Style & Philosophy

In today's world of photography there are many different things to consider when selecting a photographer, of critical importance is style. It is important to work with a photographer that meets your personal style and one that can interpret your personality or vision and transfer it into a photographic work of art. At G-Photo Design we believe we do this very well. The fact that we are not a "Photography Factory" gives us a bit of an edge, we do not have a staff of 10 to 12 photographers, we operate as a pair or a trio depending upon the events requirements. We are blessed to have the talent of Paul who assists us from time to time and who is a master at capturing the candid moment.

Often times when we take a photograph it is taken with the end result in mind, not necessarily what was immediately captured electronically or on film. Digital enhancements can help transform an original photograph and help express the artistic vision that in the end conveys the mood or feeling we desire. Having processed many rolls of film by hand and printed many images on photographic paper the old fashioned way, we still have a love for photography's past. Electronics have increased our speed and efficiency, though we occasionally shoot film to this day for the beautiful look that film is so well known for.

The clients who have invested in us appreciate how we go about our time with them, whether it is a Portrait Session, Engagement Session or their Wedding Day. Our bench mark is quality, from the products and services we offer to the interaction we personally provide to each and every one of our clients.

The photographic prints, canvasses and especially our custom designed Wedding albums are handcrafted in the United States. There is little reason to use an off-shore album manufacturer when the best in the world are right here in the United States, it also keeps American's employed and our money at home. When there is a viable choice we select Made in America.
